We are moving into the novel Night. This week we will continue working on our Night projects–both in class and as homework. Projects will be due next Wednesday. Fourth block will continue to work on Found poems, and one group will give us a newspaper front page with an article and editorial about events leading up to the Holocaust. Fifth block has already submitted one article for comments and editing suggestions. Students are working in teams to create front pages about the Holocaust. This week, student teams will submit an editorial Thursday for comments and editing suggestions.
